Can I get a sample and how long will it take?
Definitely, but you need to pay for the sample and express delivery fees. We will deliver it within approximately 7 business days after receiving payment.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ for each model is 100 pieces per order.
Do you offer customization options for your products?
Yes, we offer various customizable options including product color, customer logo, carton marking, and user manual language.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time for an order is 30–45 business days after payment confirmation.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C at sight. Usually, 30% as deposit by T/T, and the remaining 70% against presentation of shipping documents.
How do you ensure product quality?
Quality control is implemented at incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages according to ISO 9001 standards. We also hold CCC, CE(EN71), ASTM-F963, and SGS certifications.
